Player Information & Course Policies
Pro Shop Hours
During peak golf season (mid-April through September), the Brown’s Run Pro Shop is open daily from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Please note: Tee times may be available earlier than 8:00 AM; however, the Pro Shop may not be fully staffed to answer phone calls or provide full services until 8:00 AM.
During the off-season, hours may vary based on weather and tee sheet activity. When temperatures fall below 40°F, the Pro Shop may operate on reduced hours or may remain closed if no tee times are scheduled.
We recommend calling the Pro Shop at 513-423-9401 to confirm hours before visiting during the off-season.
Tee Time Policies
- Arrival & Check-In
Please arrive about 20 minutes before your scheduled tee time to check in. Golfers planning to warm up on the driving range or practice areas may arrive earlier.
Golfers who have not checked in prior to their tee time may risk losing their reserved tee time.
- Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late for your tee time, please call the Pro Shop as soon as possible at 513-423-9401.
We will do our best to accommodate you; however, depending on tee sheet availability, your tee time may need to be rescheduled or cancelled if the course is busy.
- Group Size
Tee times are limited to four golfers per group. Fivesomes are not permitted.
All players included in a tee time reservation are the responsibility of the person making the booking.
- Large Groups
Reservations for more than 12 golfers must be pre-approved by the Pro Shop and may require a refundable deposit.
Groups may not book multiple tee times online to create larger groups without approval.

- No-Show & Cancellation Policy
A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel a tee time.
Tee times may be cancelled by:
- Calling the Pro Shop at 513-423-9401

Brown’s Run reserves the right to charge a no-show fee for players who fail to cancel with proper notice.
After three no-show violations, golfers may be blocked from booking tee times for 15 days.
If the course is closed due to weather, the no-show policy does not apply.
Golf Cart Rules
- Carts must remain 30 yards from tees and greens
- When Cart Path Only is in effect, carts must remain on the path
- When carts are permitted off the path, please cross the fairway at a 90-degree angle
- Golf carts are not permitted in the parking lot
All yardage markers are measured to the center of the green.
Please help maintain the course by:
- Replacing divots
- Repairing ball marks
- Raking bunkers
Pace of Play
Expected pace of play is 4 hours and 15 minutes.
Groups that fall behind pace may be asked to skip a hole to regain position. Continued slow play may result in removal from the course.

Proper golf attire is required at all times.
The following attire is not permitted:
- T-shirts
- Sleeveless shirts (men)
- Denim shorts
- Torn jeans
- Shirts with inappropriate wording or images
Women may wear sleeveless shirts with a collar.
Brown’s Run is a Soft Spikes Only Facility.
Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food, beverages, alcohol, and coolers are not permitted on the golf course.
Our beverage cart operates weekends from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (May–October, weather permitting).
Drinks and snacks are also available in the Pro Shop before your round and at the turn, conveniently located between Holes 9 and 10.
Riders
Non-playing riders are permitted based on cart availability.
Rider fees:
- $9 for 9 holes
- $18 for 18 holes
Riders must ride with a paid golfer and may not occupy a cart by themselves.
Walking Policy
All rates include greens fees and a golf cart.
Golfers who choose to walk will pay the same rate as riding players.
Policies are subject to change based on course conditions or management discretion.
