Our Team

Browns’ Run Golf Course is excited to announce Jim Kraft will be joining our Golf Operations Team! Jim brings with him over 35 years of Golf Industry knowledge and experience. Some of Jim’s Golfing accomplishments include PGA Life Member, 2 course records—Shaker Run (1983) and Pleasant Hill (1988), Ohio High School Athletic Association Sectional Golf Tournament Director for 26 years, Adult and Youth Teaching Professional for 30 years. Most recently Jim oversaw the operations at Weatherwax and Forest Hills Country Club.

Jim and his family currently reside in Middletown and are lifelong residents of Butler county where he attended Bishop Fenwick High School and Miami University-Middletown. Jim is quoted as saying “I have a passion for providing a professional and enjoyable experience for the golf course customer and I’m very excited to see and greet everyone at Brown’s Run this golfing season. With the investment in Automated irrigation system that is underway, along with the reseeding of tee boxes, and the annual chemical plan we have implemented I expect the course to be in its best condition in years.”
