Most checklists you’ll find online have a time frame of 18 months. If you need more or less time, you can manually adjust and reformat some of its parts. If you are finding it hard to edit, you can use the online checklist as a guide for your own version.

A calendar is a must for creating a handy checklist. You can use programs like Excel and Word on your computer, Or whichever program integrates with your smartphone like Google calendar or iCal. If you print your checklist, leave enough space so you can still add quick notes.
