    Weddings & Receptions

Wedding, Reception, Gala packages at the Niderdale Event Center at Brown’s Run include the following:

  • On-site Event Coordinator to help plan and stage your wedding (2hr planning & assist during your entire event)
  • Event Coordinator $50 each additional 30min.
  • Setup and tear-down of tables, chairs
  • Access to the venue for set up starting at 12pm the day of your event
  • 5-hour event length
  • Additional time for event, setup, tear-down is available for $200 each hour
  • Place setting (include: bread/dinner/dessert plates, water glasses, silver flatware)
  • Linen tablecloths (white, ivory, black) and napkins of your color choice
  • Free parking with handicap accessibility
  • Access to Bridal Suite

    (100 to 160 attendees) $5600

    • 5’ round tables with tablecloths in your choice of color
    • Table runner in your choice of color
    • Napkins in your choice of color
    • Place setting for each guest (gold flatware $2 per guest upcharge)
    • Your choice of black, white, or mahogany garden chairs
    • Tables for the wedding party, gifts, cake, DJ, buffet, with linens
    • Guest book, memorial table with linens are available
    • Use of grounds for photography
  • Diamond Package

    (less than 100 attendees) $4480

    • 5’ round tables with tablecloths in your choice of color
    • Napkins in your choice of color
    • Place setting for each guest (gold flatware $2 per guest upcharge)
    • Niderdale Event Center leather chairs or banquet chairs (choice of black or white chair covers)
    • Tables for the wedding party, gifts, cake, DJ, buffet, with linens
    • Guest book, memorial table with linens are available
    • Use of grounds for photography

Ceremony fee:

Indoor - $400 | Outdoor - $600- 75 people or less | $1000 for 76 to 100


Beverage Packages:

  • Unlimited wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages for a 5 hour bar service
  • Each additional 30min of bar service is $2 per guest.
  • Priced per guest over the age of 10 years old.
  • Bar packages include all bartenders, mixers, juices, beverage napkins, polished glassware.
  • Bar Service will have an 18% service charge and 6.5% sales tax added.

  • Silver Wine & Beer

    package $22 per guest

    • House wines- choice of three red and three white
    • Domestic beers choice of four (Yuengling, Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors, Miller Light, White Claw, Mic Ultra)
  • Silver Plus Wine & Beer

    package $25 per guest

    • High quality wines- choice of three red and three white

    package $28 per guest

    • Craft Beer choice of two (options may vary)
    • Liquor Choices ( Tito’s, Bacardi, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Woodford, Dewar’s, Crown Royal, Jameson…)

Cash Bar Only:

Bartender Fee less than 80 guests - $150 | Bartender Fee more than 80 - $250

Non-Alcoholic package:

$7 per guest Unlimited iced tea, coffee, soft drink, lemonade

  • All alcohol must be provided by the Niderdale Event Center at Brown’s Run
  • We offer various bar packages to meet your event needs with a selection of beer, wine, signature drinks, cocktails, and liquor.
  • Non-Alcoholic options also provided (soft drinks, ice tea, coffee, and lemonade)
  • We provide bartenders that will ensure everyone has a wonderful and responsible time!

  • Service items

    • Event Servers $250 per server, $50 for each additional hour
    • Gold Flatware Upgrade $2 per setting
    • Bridal suite $250.00 -4 hours ($50 each additional hour)
    • Valet- $100 per attendant (for every 50 guests)
    • Coat check-$100


Deposits & Payments

  • We require the room fee to reserve a specific date. All deposits are applied to the final charges of the event.
  • Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event.
    • We accept check and all major credit cards. A credit card must be kept on file.
  • Security deposit (refundable): $950 due at final payment 14 days before event.
    • Refund of security deposit will come after room has been checked for damages. You will receive a check in the mail within 2 weeks after your event minus any supplemental charges
  • We require an email confirmation with the minimum guarantee of the number of anticipated guests no later than 7 days prior to the event

Cancellation Schedule:

  • Full deposit (room fee) returned if event is cancelled 90 days prior to the event.
  • Half of the deposit returned if event is cancelled 30 days prior to event
  • No deposit returned if event is cancelled less than 14 days prior to event.
