Middletown Men and Women Open Golf Championships

| Entry Fee: | Men - $200 (Includes 3 rounds of green fees, golf cart, driving range balls, gift certificates awards) by May 1st. Women - $150 (Includes 2 rounds of green fees, golf cart, driving range balls, gift certificate awards by May 1st. Must have a USGA handicap to participant. |
| Age Limit: | Must be 16 years or older by June 23rd. |
| Entry Deadline: | Monday, May 1st, 2023. Men entries received May 1st - June 18th will be $225.00. Women entries received May 1st - June 18th will be $175.00. No entries will be accepted after June 18th. Entries can be done online at the BRCC website or hand delivered to Scott Dalton, BRCC Director of Golf Operations. |
| Format: | Men - 54-hole stroke play Women - 36-hole stroke play |
| Tees: | Championship Flight and 1st flight will play from the blue tees, 2nd/3rd flight from the white tees and all women from the red tees. |
| Flights of Play: | It is estimated that the field will be divided up into 3 - 4 flights with awards for each flight. Women will be divided up into 2 - 3 flights pending on field. |
| Playoff: | A sudden death playoff will determine the winner if a tie exists after Regulation play. |
| Practice Rounds: | A practice round is available at BRCC. Practice rounds must be scheduled Monday - Thursday and no earlier than one month prior to the event and tee times must be made. Official entry into the event must be received before a practice round is available. |
| Groupings/Pairings: | Pairings will be available at the BRCC website or the BRCC pro shop by 5:00 PM on Wednesday. |
| Electronic Scoring: | Electronic "Live" Scoring will be available through the Golf Genius App. |
| Dress Code: | Clothing that respects the traditions of the game is required. |
| Eligibility: | Contestants must reside within a 10 mile radius of the City of Middletown City limits which will include but not limited to Middletown, Lemon Twnshp, Monroe, Madison, Germantown, Trenton, Springboro, Franklin, Liberty Twnshp, Clearcreek Twnshp, Franklin Twnship, and Carlisle. |
| Rotation and Starting Times: | Friday, June 23rd - Starting time at 11:00 AM, men only Saturday, June 24th - Starting time at 9:00 AM, men - women. Sunday, June 25th - Starting time at 9:00 AM, women - men. |
| Acceptance of Entries: | The Tournament committee reserves the right to reject any application. |
| Scoring Area: | All scorecards must be turned into the scoring table located in Tavern 56. |
